Far more than a pre-dinner drink, the French apéritif is a cultural ritual. This editorial publication explores its social significance and the role it plays in creating connection, conversation, and shared experiences.
Built upon a survey conducted with more than one hundred participants, the project combines research, writing, photography, and editorial design to examine how this everyday moment influences behaviours and collective culture.
The outcome is a contemporary 200-page publication accompanied by three complementary editions, offering a fresh perspective on one of France's most familiar social rituals.
